Shipping & Delivery

How often are orders shipped out?

Orders are packed and shipped out within 4-6 days (except weekend & public holidays) and you will received it in 1-3 days depending on the courier. For PiuPiuPiu coffee orders, coffee is freshly made only when an order is placed, please expect at least 1 week for delivery. No urgent order. Thank you.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Current shipping fee is a flat rate of RM15. When your parcel is sent out, you will receive the information via email. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until all information is verified by the buyer.

Where do you deliver?

We can now ship to addresses in West Malaysia. Deliveries within the Klang Valley area will be charged a flat rate shipping fee, or there is an option for self pick up.

Due to the fragility and weight of our products including packaging, orders out of state will be charged as follows:
<6kg – RM15
6.01 – 9kg – RM20
9.01 – 11kg – RM25
12 – 14kg – RM30

We are working towards widening our delivery areas to East Malaysia, however do contact us through our customer service line +6011 122 38509 for any special requests. We will try our best to accommodate.

There is no international delivery at the moment.

What to do if I need to change the delivery address?

Advance notice of 3 working days is required for any re-schedule of delivery date. Please contact us through our customer service line +6011 122 38509 in advance for arrangement, however we cannot guarantee accommodation.

Delivery address cannot be changed on the day of delivery. Please contact us through our customer service line +6011 122 38509, or email us at info@inez.my for change of delivery address with an advance notice of 3 working days.

Where do I pick up my order?

The local pick up point is at The Leafz condo, Block A at Sungai Besi. If you have selected the local pick up option on your check out page, we will contact you to arrange for pick up after payment is made. Should you engage a third party service to pick up your order, inèz will not be liable for any damages.

What to do if I need to reschedule my pick up date or time?

If you need to arrange for a new pick up date or time, do inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact us through our customer service line +6011 122 38509 for arrangements. Should we need to reschedule, we will also inform you at least 24 hours in advance. We believe in respecting each others time, so we hope that we can cooperate on this matter.

What to do once I have accepted my delivery?

Customer is required to check the product quantity and condition once product is delivered. If you received a damaged item, please contact us through our customer service line +6011 122 38509. Please contact us within 3 days from the date of receiving your order for an exchange and we will be in touch with you within 7 days with further information.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. If 3 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

How do I use my inèz eGift Card?

You can purchase a gift card from inèz for your friend or for yourself! You can even place separate gift card orders for different friends. An email with the gift card code will be sent to the recipient, which can be applied at checkout for the value to be deducted off the total order, excluding shipping.

Do note the gift card code is non transferrable and is valid for one transaction only. No credit or change will be given to the unused portion of the gift card.
